Our facility maintains a 100% online QC process and final inspection. We hold several international certifications including ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and SGS to ensure consistent high quality.
Can I request a custom mold for specific profiles?
Yes, we have our own die factory. If a new mold is required for your specific project needs, the mold fee can be refunded once the order quantity reaches a designated threshold.
What are the available color temperatures?
The COB neon strip is available in a wide range of color temperatures from 2700K (Warm White) to 6500K (Cool White), as well as single multicolor options.
What is your standard payment term?
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit followed by the remaining 70% T/T balance before the loading of the container.
