Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we have been a manufacturer since 2008 and maintain a well-known reputation within the industry.
Do you provide samples?
We can supply free samples, however, the delivery charges are covered by the customer. Providing an International Express Account for Freight Collect is appreciated.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 metric ton for each model of profile.
How do you ensure high product quality?
We operate our own material production workshop and die factory. With over 300 well-trained workers and 100% online QC/final inspection, we ensure no defective products leave the factory. We hold ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and SGS certificates.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit followed by 70% T/T payment before loading the container.
What is the difference between theoretical and actual weight?
Actual weight includes the packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the drawing, multiplying the weight per meter by the length of the profile.
