Can I request a sample for testing?
We can provide samples free of charge; however, delivery charges are covered by the customer. Providing an International Express Account for freight collect is recommended.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is 1 metric ton for each model of profile.
How do you ensure the quality of your products?
We operate our own material production and die factory, employ 300 well-trained workers, and perform 100% online QC and final inspections. We hold ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and SGS certifications.
What is your standard payment term?
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit followed by a 70% T/T payment before loading the container.
How are mold fees handled for custom orders?
If a new mold is required for your specific profile, the mold fee will be refunded once the order quantity reaches a designated amount.
